(Naik), learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the law as laid down earlier by this court was that the application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act would be entertained by this court, as such, he has filed the present application. Thereafter, the law is settled that the application would lie before the concerned District Court. In view of the same, he seeks leave to withdraw Civil Application No.1565 of 2026 filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with liberty to approach the appropriate court.
