This is an application for withdrawal of amount. The applicants, vide order dated 29th August, 2022 passed in Civil Application No. 3629 of 2021, has already been permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited. 2.

According to learned counsel for the applicants, mother of Applicant Nos. 1 to 4 by name Simabai Mahadev Sapte is suffering from subarachnoid haemorrhage - ruptured PICA aneurysm disease. The relevant documents are filed on record in support of the said contention. 1 / 2

I have gone through the record of the case which shows that said Simabai is taking medical treatment for the said disease. Considering the said fact and keeping in mind that the application is not opposed, I permit the applicants to withdraw further 40% of the amount alongwith accrued interest thereon, on solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
