Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Present application is moved for restoration of Writ Petition along with a prayer for condonation of delay of 101 days. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that he was not aware of listing of the matter before the Registrar and could not remove the office objection within time stipulated. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The Writ Petition is restored to its original position. The order of the Registrar to the extent of the present petitioner dated 11.11.2024 is quashed.
