Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that these petitions are in respect of amalgamation of APMC in dispute. However, now the State Government has issued Government Resolution dated 17th April, 2025 mentioning that there will be separate APMC for each taluka. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
