This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award.

The learned advocate for the applicant / appellant submits that the entire amount as per the impugned judgment and award is deposited in this Court.

In view of the above, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award till the pendency of the appeal. The application is disposed of.

Learned advocate for the appellant seeks extension of time to carry out amendment by deleting the name of respondent No.2.

By an order dated 07.11.2025, this Court permitted the appellant to delete the respondent No.2/Driver of the offending vehicle, however he failed to do so. Today, learned advocate for the appellant seeks extension of time to carry out the amendment. By way of last chance, the appellant is directed to carry out the amendment within one week.
