We are informed that in this court an amount of Rs. 4,78,000,00/- (Rupees Four crores Seventy Eight Lakh) has been deposited and as on today, as per the money decree, outstanding amount payable is nearabout Rs. 10 Crores.

Considering the same, being the money decree, the applicant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.3,00,000,00/- (Rupees Three Crores only) along with accrued interest thereon with usual undertaking that in the event the applicant fails in the main matter, he would deposit the above amount within eight weeks.

With the above observations, the civil application is disposed of. 4.

State is directed to prepare the paper book by the next date. 5.
