Applicants seek to withdraw amount deposited by the respondent - acquiring body.

This Court has taken consistent view in permitting the claimants to receive the amount. There are as many as 600 first appeals filed by the acquiring body in respect of Ahmednagar - Beed - Parli railway line. Present appeals are amongst those

The civil applications are allowed partly permitting the applicants to receive the amount deposited by the respondent - acquiring body with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The civil applications are disposed of.
