This is an application for seeking restoration of Writ Petition which came to be dismissed on 03.02.2020 for non removal of office objections. There is delay of 2137 days in preferring this civil application.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to petitioners' depositing costs of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with the Registry of this Court for the utilization of High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today and also to undertake to remove office objections within a period of two weeks
