The learned Counsel for respondent-land owners states that in view of stay to the execution proceedings granted by this Court, the learned Executing Court is not entertaining the application for amendment of Execution Petition.

Learned Executing Court is directed to accept the application for amendment of Execution Petition and decide the same on merits in accordance with law.

The interim order will not be an impediment for decision of the application for amendment.
