Heard learned counsel Mr. S. S. Patil for the applicant. None appears for respondents though duly served. 2.

Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 84 days in preferring an appeal for enhancement of the compensation, challenging judgment and award dated 01.08.2024 in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.481 of 2016.

Learned counsel Mr. Patil would advert my attention to paragraph Nos.4 to 7 to make out the case for condonation of delay. There is no reason to doubt the contents of above paragraphs. It is desirable to condone the delay and hear the appeal on merits. Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
