The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the order of the Registrar Judicial dated 15.9.2025 the writ petition was dismissed for non removal of office objection. The learned counsel submits that when the matter was called inadvertently he was not aware of the same and there were certain office objections to be removed which he could not do so as he was not aware of the dismissal order. On being aware, he has filed the present civil application for restroration of the writ petition and also prayed to condone the delay of 51 days caused in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay of 51 days caused in filing the restoration application is condoned.

CA 1770/26 The order of the Registrar Judicial dated 15.9.2025 is quashed to the extent of present petitioners. All the office objections shall be removed within four weeks from today failing which the impugned order of Registrar Judicial shall stand restored automatically.
