The applicants, who are the legal representative of the original petitioner - Narendra Nilkanthrao Lakhe Patil, who admittedly died on 15th April, 2021, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record in the place of deceased petitioner. They have also prayed for condonation of delay of 963 days for filing the present application. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.5 as well as learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 raised objection on the ground that the original 1 / 2

920-CA-1775-25.odt petitioner had applied for allotment of plots and on his death fresh application for allotment was to be filed as per the policy of MIDC. In short, they raised objection in respect of locus of these applicants. 3.

However, the same can be decided on merits after inclusion of the applicants. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
