In spite of this Court extending enough time to the MIDC, except putting the last mail in the copy, every time it is being demonstrated that there is no legal impediment but the decision has to be taken being a policy matter at a higher pedestal without disclosing as to why even that cannot happen. If it is merely a matter of allotment of a particular piece of land from and out of the MIDC for setting up the Industrial Courts and Labour Courts, we are taken aback by the inaction on the part of the MIDC in extending the corporation for agreeing for allotment of the land even in 1/2

934 CA 1794 OF 2025.odt principle. It is now being informed that the plot has already been leased out for a period of 11 months and the term is to expire by 29.06.2025. 2.

By way of ad interim measure, we direct the MIDC to take early decision in the matter and shall not lease out the premises/plot No. TT1(AM-9) beyond 29.06.2025. 3.

At the request of the learned Government Pleader, in order to have instructions in respect of premises to be made available for residential quarters at Latur and allotment of suitable place/plot for setting up the infrastructure for Labour and Industrial Courts at Latur, matter is adjourned to 06.05.2025.
