We have received the report from Principal Industrial Court, Aurangabad dated 21.11.2025 wherein he has stated that he had inspected the plot along with the office bearers of the Bar Association of
the Industrial Lawyers, etc. According to him, Plot No. G-63+G64+O.S.16+O.S.35 from MIDC, Chikalthana Industrial Area, Aurangabad are not suitable for Labour and Industrial Court, however, Plot No. O.S.22, MIDC, Chikalthana Industrial Area, Aurangabad is most appropriate and suitable for Industrial and Labour Court, Aurangabad. 2.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner is submitting a photocopy by Collector, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar which is taken on record by marking Exhibit 'X' wherein it is stated that in the meeting dated 18.11.2025, the Additional Tahsildar, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Circle Officer suggested that there is land bearing CTS No. 15309 admeasuring 3 Hectors which is behind Gajanan Maharaj Mandir and standing in the name of Water Resources Department at Garkheda is vacant and CTS No. 16040 given to Agricultural Department out of which area admeasuring 19,000 sq. m. is also vacant and it can be then given to the Industrial and Labour Court. Thereafter, it appear that on his own, the Collector Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, had invited the Bar Members for the inspection and the inspection has been carried out.
It is then stated that since the valuation of the land is more than Rs. 50 Lakhs, it is necessary to get the permission of the Government. There has been subsequent developments after respondent No.11 has filed fresh affidavit. However, in the affidavit it is stated that after the receipt of factual report of Sub-Divisional Officer, Addl.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner is also submitting letter Exhibit 'X' dated 04.12.2025. It is in fact addressed by Collector, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to learned Government Pleader wherein it appears that area admeasuring 124974 sq.m. from CTS No. 15309 out of 1 Hector 16 R which is not in use is proposed to be given as per GR dated 01.06.2017 and 08.08.2019. Before further action is taken, we direct Member of Industrial Court to visit the said place. He need not take the Bar Members along with him now and submit the feasibility report.
We have also received the report from learned Member of Industrial Court, Latur as regards the residential accommodation for the judges of the Industrial and Labour Court is concerned, affidavit has been filed Ms. Varsha Thakur Ghuge, District Collector, Latur wherein it is stated that no separate Government Land is available in the vicinity of Industrial and Labour Court but during the inspection, Public Works Department, Latur found that the Government residential quarters No. J1 to J-34 in the Earthquake Rehabilitation Scheme appear to be dilapidated. These dilapidated and damaged plots are demolished then that would be admeasuring 0.10 Hector and that can be made available. Report from PWD in respect of audit has been submitted stating that
those plots are worth demolishing. The inspection and the location that has been stated to be in the Government Colony in Latur city. We therefore, direct respondent No. 4 District Collector, Latur to depute a responsible person and also instruct the PWD to arrange an inspection of the said spot. For the inspection, Learned member of Industrial Court, Latur and learned Judge Labour Court, Latur to co-ordinate and take inspection of the same and file the suitability report. 5.
Such reports be submitted on or before 06.01.2026. 6.
