Present Application has been filed for implementation of Resolution No. 334 dated 20th June, 2025 passed by the Ad Hoc Committee for purchase of Monopoly material for Shree Sai Baba Hospital and Shree Sainath Rugnalaya, for which an estimated cost of Rs.4,53,50,726/- is required to be spent. 2.
Heard Mr. Anil S. Bajaj, learned Advocate for the
{2} ca1831-26.doc Applicant, learned AGP for the State and Mr. Ajinkya Kale, learned Advocate for the original Petitioner. 3.
Perusal of the Resolution would show that the Committee has considered all the aspects of the matter and has taken the estimates of the prices of the items which are required for running the hospitals. The Chairman of the Ad Hoc committee / learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahilyanagar, Collector, Ahilyanagar and Chief Executive Officer of the Trust, who are the members of the Ad Hoc Committee, have applied their minds and considered that those items are required to be purchased.

The original Petitioner has no objection for allowing the Ad Hoc Committee to go ahead with the purchase of the material. Therefore, we allow the Civil Application in terms of prayer clause "B".
