By this application the applicants seek permission to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent in pursuance to award passed by Tribunal. Perused the grounds of appeal. Considering the reasons as adopted by Tribunal and submissions advanced, a case is made out to grant permission for withdrawal of the amount. 3.

In the result, application is allowed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the respondent towards statutory deposit, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court that in case adverse order being passed in appeal, they shall refund/re-deposit the amount, within six weeks from date of passing such order. 4.
