This is an application for restoration of the second appeal by condoning delay. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that inadvertently, the office objections remained to be removed and the registration of the second appeal came to be refused by order dated 26.06.2024. He submits that now he is ready to remove the office objections so that the Second Appeal can be registered. 2.

Having considered the contentions contained in paragraph Nos. 3 to 6, the application is allowed subject to costs of Rs.3,000/- to be deposited by the applicant with Advocate Associations' khs/May 2025/1944

- 2 - Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within one week from today. The delay of 152 days is condoned and the order dated 26.06.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is set aside. The applicant to remove the office objections within one week. On removal of office objections, the second appeal be registered. Civil application stands disposed of. ( PRAFULLA S.
