Learned advocate for applicant submits that there is exponential enhancement of 12 times. Therefore, stay may be granted on deposit of 50% of the compensation amount. However, such contention cannot be accepted.

Till next date, there shall be ad-interim stay to the impugned judgment and award subject to condition that applicant deposits entire amount as per the award with the Registry of this Court, by the returnable date.
