Mr. A.S. Bajaj, learned counsel for the applicants/claimants submits that this Court by order dated 15.4.2026 has dismissed the arbitration

Arb. Appeal No. 30/24 & Ors.

appeals filed by the NHAI and civil applications filed by the claimants for withdrawal of amount are allowed. The learned counsel submits that the claimants in above appeals are not having joint account and they are having equal share in the amount granted and hence, registry may be directed to issue cheque to the individual claimants as per their equal share. The learned counsel undertakes that the claimants are not seeking any extra amount beyond their share.

Considering the above, registry is directed to divide the amount and deposit the cheques in individual account of the claimants as per their equal share.
