Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and learned AGP for the Respondent No.1.

None appears for the Respondent No.2, though duly served. 3.
Applicant is praying for condonation of delay of 299 days in preferring appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, delay is sought to be condoned.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that there are no malafides in preferring appeal belatedly. The contents of the application have not been controverted by contesting parties. It is
