This application is moved for restoration of the writ petition stamp No. 32371/2021.

The learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court passed a conditional order on 01-04-2023.

Two weeks time was granted for removing the office objections.

Since, the petitioners failed to remove the office objections, the registration of the writ petition came to be dismissed by conditional order dated 01-04-2023. 7.

Now, the petitioners are ready to remove the office objections within two weeks from today.

In view of above, civil application is allowed. The writ petition stands restored to its original position and the order dated 01-04-2023 stand quashed and set aside to the extent of this petition subject to removing the office objections within stipulated period.
