Mr. Bhandari learned counsel submits that in the appeal against award which has been relied upon by the Reference Court while passing the award in this case, stay has been granted subject to condition of deposit of 60% of the amount. 6.

Having considered submissions and looking to the reasons adopted by the Reference Court, there shall be adinterim stay to the judgment and award under appeal subject condition that the applicant deposits 70% of the compensation amount with the Registry of this Court by the returnable date.
