This is an application for condonation of delay in moving application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent nos.1 and 2 on record as also for seeking permission to bring the names of legal representatives of deceased respondent nos.1 and 2 on record.

It is stated that after notices were issued in the present petition, it was gathered from the bailiff report that the respondent nos.1 and 2 had expired on 18.05.2024 and 23.02.2023 respectively.

Advocate Mr. A. K. Shingare appears for the proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent nos.1 and 2 as

Although, the application for condonation of delay is strongly opposed by the learned Advocate, having regard to the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay deserves to be condoned and is condoned accordingly. Civil Application No.2596 of 2025 is allowed by condoning the delay caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent nos.1 and 2 on record and further permitting the petitioner to bring the names of legal representatives of deceased respondent nos.1 and 2 on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. List the petition for further consideration on 09.07.2025. Interim relief, if any granted earlier, to continue till then.
