This is an Application for bringing on record the legal heirs / representatives of Deceased - Neharu Apparao Tambe. 2.
The Applicants claims to be the widow, daughters and sons of the Deceased. A copy of the death certificate is enclosed with the Application. The death certificate issued by the Grampanchayat showing the Applicants as legal heirs / representatives of the Deceased is also enclosed with the Application. 3.
The learned Advocate for the Applicants undertakes to place on record a copy of the legal heir certificate issued by the Competent Court before the appeal is taken up for final hearing.

After hearing both sides and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B'.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today, failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
