Learned Counsel for the Applicants expresses exigency in the matter stating that Respondents are obstructing the possession of the Appellant on the basis of decree passed by the trial Court. Respondent No.2 is served, but nobody appears on his behalf. Respondent Nos. 1A to 1E are yet to be served. It is stated that they have executed relinquishment deed in favour of Respondent No.2. A copy of relinquishment deed is marked as Exhibit-X. 2.

In view of the submissions and above circumstances, Applicant prays for ad-interim relief.
