1] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is a delay of 238 days in filing the Second Appeal. 2] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application in para nos.2 and 3, the delay of 238 days is condoned subject to the cost of Rs.5000/- to be deposited with the Library of the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

3] Upon deposit of such cost, the Second Appeal shall be listed for admission on 05.02.2026.
