Petitioner No.3 is said to have passed away. We are informed by the learned Advocate for the Petitioners that Petitioner No.3 Govind Gahina Kate was the biological father of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2. Hence, the legal heirs are on record.

Despite service of Court notice on Respondent No.4, none has caused appearance, either in person or through an Advocate. Nonappearance of Respondent No.4 is an impediment in deciding this Petition.
