This is an application seeking restoration of the writ petition with a prayer for condoning the delay of 3178 days.

Issue notice. The learned A.G.P. waives service for all the respondents. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the delay is enormous and remains unexplained much less with sufficient cause.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant has been merely seeking a direction for consideration of his request for suspension allowance.

The delay is enormous running into more than 3000 days. However, considering the direction that has been solicited in writ petition, touching the petitioner's claim regarding suspension allowance, the application is allowed and the writ petition is restored by condoning the delay subject to petitioner depositing costs of Rs. 5000/- in this Court within four weeks and removes the office objections during that period. 1/2
