Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that Writ Petition was dismissed for non removal of office objection and on that stage no notice was issued to the Respondent. He, therefore, seeks dispensation of notices to Respondents.

Since the notice of the Petition was not issued to the Respondents, notice of this application stands dispensed with.
