At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, now three more societies are registered by the Authorities. She seeks leave to amend the petition by inserting necessary averments and prayer clause in respect of newly registered societies.

Learned Advocate for the applicant points out that the Division Bench of this Court has already stayed the communication dated 22.02.2025 in Writ Petition No. 3916 of 2025 by order dated 26.03.2025 till next date by issuing notice. In view of the same, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B) to the extent of present applicant, till returnable date, in both the applications. 05.
