By this application, applicant seeks to condone delay of 7 days caused in filing Appeal.

Perused application and reasons as stated in application. The delay appears to be on account of administrative exigency. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone delay. Hence, following order:
