Present application is filed in disposed of first appeal and the cross appeal.

Vide common order dated 22.03.2025, a Panel of the Lok-Adalat disposed of the matters but unmindful of the death of claimant Kausalyabai Jagdeorao Patil. Applicants are finding it difficult to receive the amount in the absence of any clarification in respect of the deceased party. 3.

The remaining claimants are blood relatives of the deceased Kausalyabai. They are entitled to have share as per their entitlement as well as inheritance to the extent of late Kausalyabai.

Civil application is disposed of with a leave to the claimants to carry out necessary amendment for treating the remaining claimants as heirs of deceased Kausalyabai. 5.

Needless to mention that Reference Court shall disburse the amount with accrued interest as per the entitlement of the parties.
