These are the Applications by the Legal Representative / heirs of Deceased Respondent No.1, named, Ravindra Shivlal Agrawal, who was

the Original Claimant in LAR No.370/2003, which was decided by the learned Reference Court i.e. 2nd Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon, by Judgment and Award dated 27.10.2016. A prayer is also made for condonation of 707 days delay in filing the present Applications. 2.

The Appeals are preferred by the Acquiring Body and the Orig. Claimant - Ravindra Shivlal Agrawal was impleaded as Respondent No.1. By these Applications, the Applicants, who claimed to be Wife, Son and Daughter of Deceased Ravindra, want themselves to be impleaded as the Respondents in the Appeals.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that necessary documents are placed on record and the Applications be allowed. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body and the learned AGP for the State do not dispute the Applications. They submit that, appropriate orders be passed.

There is copy of Heirship Certificate under the provisions of the Bombay Regulation Act, 1827 issued by the Jt. Civil Judge Junior Division, Jalgaon showing the Applicants as the Legal Heirs of Deceased Ravindra Shivlal Agrawal. There is copy of Death Certificate showing the name of Ravindra Shivlal Agrawal as Deceased. In this view of the matter, the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B', 'C' and 'C1'. The delay in filing the Applications is condoned. The Applications stand disposed off accordingly.
