The Applicant Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under:- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.173 dtd.
29.03.2025 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for extension of the earlier Security Contractors on the same rates till 31.12.2025."

The Public Interest Litigation No.15 of 2020 pertaining to the installation of a specialized security agency, is being looked into by this Court. The present security contractor is still rendering his services on month to month basis awaiting a
*6* decision in the Public Interest Litigation No.15 of 2020. 3.
In view of the above, this Civil Application No.6286/2025 is disposed off by permitting the Sansthan to grant an extension to the said contractor until 31.12.2025, subject to the orders that would be passed in Public Interest Litigation No.15 of 2023. A decision in the Public Interest Litigation would be binding on the contractor and in the event, any specialised security agency is permitted to deploy its security force, the extended contract with the contractor at issue, would come to an end. This aspect be made known to the said contractor while issuing him a letter of extension.

At the request of the learned Advocate Shri Bajaj and considering that the copy of Civil Application No.6365/2025 has been supplied to him in the morning, all other Civil Applications listed on today's board, be listed on 04.07.2025 in the urgent orders category.
