Learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks adjournment. 2.

Learned Advocates for legal representative of Respondent No.1 and Respondent No.2 strongly oppose the request. They contend that the judgment delivered in the year 2018, is challenged by filing petition in the year 2024 and the matter is being adjourned repeatedly at the behest of the Petitioner. Attention to this Court is drawn to the order dated 06.08.2025, stating that having regard to the aforesaid situation, this Court is directed final hearing of petition at the admission on 20.08.2025. It is pointed out that the matter was adjourned on 20.08.2025 again at the behest of the Petitioner.

Perusal of office note dated 24.03.2025 will indicate that the petition was to be listed for final hearing. Since then the matter is listed on several occasions, however it was not heard. 4.

In view of the above, the Petitioner is directed to deposit entire amount of back-wages in terms of the impugned order on or before 30.09.2025.

In the event the amount is not so deposited, this Court may consider vacating the interim order dated 04.10.2025. 6.

List the petition for further consideration on 07.10.2025. 7.

Parties to note that the petition may be heard finally at the stage of admission.
