This is the Application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Appellant / Acquiring Body in this Court. 2.

There is no dispute that on the earlier occasion, the Applicants / Claimants were permitted to withdraw Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand) out of the amount deposited by the Appellant / Acquiring Body. Since the Appeal is of 2019 and Record and Proceedings are received, the learned Advocates for both sides agree that the Appeal can be finally heard. Hence, by consent, fix the Appeal for final hearing on 01.04.2025.
