Learned senior counsel Mr. Sanjeev Deshpande appearing for respondents tenders on record order dated 03.04.2025 passed below Exh.30 by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Per contra, learned counsel Ms. Pooja Langhe would submit that she wants to place on record certain documents. She has meritorious case and she was successful before the Civil Court. She would further point out that in defiance of the order passed on 28.03.2025, respondents are threatening the appellants.

Matter is listed for final disposal on 23.06.2025 in urgent admission category.
