CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT 2.
The applicants seek to withdraw amount deposited by the respondentAcquiring Body. In similarly situated matters, the claimants are permitted to receive the amount on furnishing undertaking. This Court proposes to follow the same course.

In First Appeal (Stamp) No. 7739/2025 (Civil Application No. 1378/2026) filed by Ambadas Mahadevrao Waghule, it transpires that only partial amount of compensation is deposited. In pursuance of the earlier orders, respondent shall deposit balance amount within a period of eight weeks in that matter. For present, the applicant is permitted to receive the amount deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

In remaining matters the applicants are permitted to receive entire amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3570/2025 IN FAST/7729/2025, FOR DELAY CONDONATION 5.
The Applicant-acquiring body seeks to condone delay of 409 days. 6.
For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. 7.
