Mr. D. S. Bagul, learned Advocate appearing for the appellant submits that vide order dated 02.04.2025, stay to the execution and operation of the judgment and award impugned in the First Appeal was stayed with a condition that the appellant shall deposit entire award amount in this Court within eight weeks from 02.04.2025. It is further submitted that as the appellant failed to deposit the said amount within the given time, on 09.06.2025, time to deposit such amount was extended by further six weeks.

Today, Mr. Bagul submits that inadvertently such amount could not be deposited within the extended period

954-ca-3673-2025 also. Hence, he seeks a last chance to deposit entire payable award amount in this Court within two weeks from today. 3.

As a last chance, time is granted for further two weeks to enable the appellant to deposit the entire award amount with accrued interest till the date of its actual deposit in this Court. Failure to deposit such amount would automatically vacate the stay granted earlier. No further request seeking extension of time to deposit the amount will be entertained and cost of Rs.5000/- shall be imposed on the appellant. ( AJIT B. KADETHANKAR, J. ) Rushikesh/2025
