(THROUGH V.C.) DATE : 17th APRIL, 2026 P.C. :- 1.

This is a Special Bench constituted to consider the Review Petitions in the light of the order dated 25th July, 2024 passed in Writ Petition Nos.7580 of 2024, 891 of 2024 and 7801 of 2024, by this Court (Coram : Ravindra V. Ghuge and Y.G. Khobragade, JJ.).

2.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. Considering that the delay is only 193 days and cannot be termed as either inordinate or deliberate, these three Civil Applications are allowed and the delay is condoned.

3.

The Review Petitions be registered forthwith. 4.

The Review Applicants rely upon the communication dated 31st October, 2015 issued by the Assistant Director, Town

Planning, Aurangabad, addressed to the Sub-Divisional Officercum-Acquisition Officer, Sillod. The said letter mentions that the two villages, namely नांदगाव and नांदतांडा, which were the subject matter of the Writ Petition, are covered by the Aurangabad District Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme designed for the Aurangabad District. The said communication indicates that the multiplier is 1.5 and not 2, as is granted by the Court. Mr. IngolePatil submits that his clients have not supplied him a copy of the said Scheme and he desires to place the same on record. He, therefore, prays for one adjournment.

5.

By consent of the parties, stand over to 4th May, 2026 at 5.00 p.m.
