This is an Application for correction of name of the Legal Representative in the cause title of Civil Application No.10472/2024.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that, this Court allowed the Civil Application No.10472/2024 to bring on record the Legal Representatives of Deceased - Respondent No.3 - Vishwanath by order dated 05/12/2024. He submits that, the name of Legal Representative came to be wrongly typed as 'Digambar Manik More' instead of 'Digambar Vishwanath More'. He seeks correction of the same in the aforesaid disposed off Civil Application. 3.

The learned AGP appearing for the Respondents - State and the learned Advocate appearing for the Acquiring Body submit that, appropriate orders be passed.

On hearing both the sides and on going through the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B'. Necessary correction be made within a period of two [2] weeks. Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly. 5.
