This is an application seeking condonation of delay in challenging the order dated 29.01.2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the Second Appeal for failure to remove office objections.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that office objection regarding filing of the decree was not removed since the concerned Judge was transferred and the decree was not ready. He submits that now he is ready to remove office objections.

Considering the reasons stated and the submissions

*2* 949ca3945o25 advanced, delay of 21 days is condoned. The order dated 29.01.2025 refusing registration of the Second Appeal is quashed and set aside.

The applicant is directed to remove office objections within two weeks from today and on removal of office objections, the Second Appeal be registered.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
