The learned A.G.P. opposes the applications and contents therein. 3.
The averments of the applications have not been controverted by filing any reply. There is no material on record to indicate that the delay is intentional and caused by any oblique motive. The applicants are ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period as well as for the period of lapses on their part.

This court is not inclined to forfeit the interest and statutory benefits for the matters at Sr. No. 09 and 11, because the delay is marginal. 5.
The delay stands condoned on condition that the applicants at Sr. No. 1 to 8 and 10 shall not be entitled to interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.

In case of applicants at Sr. No. 9 and 11 the delay stands condoned unconditionally.
7.
The applications are also not entitled to interest and statutory benefits for the period of lapses on the part of the applicants, as mentioned in the aforementioned table.

The Civil Applications are disposed of.
