This is the Application by the Original Claimants in the Appeal for substituted services on Respondent No.1.

The Bailiff Report in respect of notice to Respondent No.1 shows that Respondent No.1 was not available on the given address and his brother refused to accept the notice.

According to the learned Advocate for the Applicants, the RPAD Report is to the effect that 'addressee left'. In this view of the matter, the Applicants are permitted to serve Respondent No.1 by way of substituted services i.e. by pasting the notice on the last known address of Respondent No.1 and also by way of paper publication in terms of prayer clause 'A'.
