These are the applications filed by the appellants seeking extension of time to deposit the amount as per the order dated 09.11.2023.

The applicants submit that by order dated 09.11.2023 while issuing notice, ad-interim stay was granted to the impugned award subject to deposit of 100% amount within a period of 12 weeks from the said date. However, on account of procedural formalities required to be completed in obtaining approvals at multiple levels in hierarchy of the Corporation, the amount could not be deposited within time. He, therefore, seeks extension of time and requests for one more week to deposit the amount.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Applications, time to deposit the amount is extended by one week. The Civil Applications are disposed of.
