Issue notice. Learned AGP waives service for respondent No. 1 and Mr. Marlapalle waives service for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2.
Respondents oppose the application, which is seeking restoration of the writ petition which is dismissed for non-removal of office objections, together with prayer for condoning the delay of 389 days.

Though the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 addresses us on the point of maintainability of the writ petition, the arguments can be considered appropriately while hearing the writ petition on merits.

It is merely a matter of restoration of the writ petition. For the reasons set out in the application, it is allowed. The delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits a cost of Rs. 3,000/- in this Court and removes the office objections, both within four weeks.
