Mr. Tanwade, learned Advocate appearing for applicants submits that inadvertently name of Sadhu Khema Vakade was wrongly typed as Sadhu Fema Wakade in title clause of Civil Application Nos.2802/2025 and 2803/2025 in First Appeal Stamp No.32736/2013, the same needs to be corrected. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondents have no objection.

In that view of the matter, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).

Amendment to be carried out within period of one week from today.
