Perused the applications. For the reasons stated therein and considering the arguments of both the sides, it would be proper to partly allow the applications to the extent of Rs.50,000/- in each application. Hence, the following order:

a.

The applications are partly allowed.

b.

The applicants in each application are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.50,000/- out of the amount deposited by the appellants in this court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
