This Court on 04/09/2025 has passed following order :- "1] Issue notice to the legal heirs of the respondents i.e. respondent nos.5-e-i to 5-e-iv, 13-e-i to 13-e-v in Civil Application Nos.9310/2025, 9311/2025 and 9312/2025, returnable on 04.11.2025.

2] Issue notice to the unserved respondents in Civil Application Nos.4516/2025, 4517/2025 and 4519/2025, returnable on 04.11.2025."

The Bailiff Report indicates that, the said LRs could not be served, as they are not residing on the given address. It is not known as to where the said LRs are residing. The Report indicates that, some of the LRs are residing at Adilabad in the State of Telangana. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, fresh notices be issued to the LRs and he be permitted to issue paper publication in the State of Maharashtra as well as in the the State of Telangana. He submits that, the same course of action was adopted by this Court in respect of the LRs of the other Respondents vide order dated 09/03/2023 in a group of Applications.

In view of the above, issue fresh notice to the LRs of the Respondents i.e. Respondent Nos.5-e-i to 5-e-iv, 13-e-i to 13-e-v, returnable after six [06] weeks.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants is permitted to file an Application for paper publication in the office of this Court. The Applicants are permitted to issue paper publication in respect of the unserved LRs of the Deceased Respondents in a newspaper having wide circulated in the State of Maharashtra and in the the State of Telangana.
