This is an application for condonation of delay of 213 days caused in preferring this application for setting aside the conditional order dated 07th May, 2024 whereby writ petition of the applicant was dismissed for nonremoval of office objections. 2.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), subject to removal of all the office objections within one week.
